How refunds work when payments go directly to vendors.

Platform role
EventTentBooking does not collect or hold customer payments for event services. We therefore cannot issue refunds of vendor-received amounts.
Vendor refunds
Refund eligibility, timelines, and deductions (if any) are defined by the vendor’s quotation and cancellation terms. Resolve refund requests directly with the vendor and keep written records.
Disputes
If you believe a listing is fraudulent, contact Help with evidence. We may investigate accounts and listings, but monetary recovery remains between the parties and their banks/UPI providers.
