Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), enquiry and booking information, and usage logs needed to operate the marketplace.

Vendors may share business details, UPI IDs, and gallery media for their public profiles.

How we use information

To operate search and profiles, facilitate enquiries, send transactional notifications, improve safety, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal data. Marketing emails are optional where consent is required.

Payments

Because payments go directly to vendors via UPI, we typically do not process card or bank settlement for event bookings. Payment proof uploads may be stored to support booking records.
